Pneumatic Conveying Solutions by Omnitrack
Pneumatic Ball Transfers allow air-driven positioning of the conveyed item & may be individually arranged for a flexible, modular conveying plane.
PS25 Positioning Stops are pneumatically activated to stop & hold the position of the conveyed item.
In low pressure systems, tubing length should be extended or altered using optional in-line connectors (TC4) as the tubing & fittings are not designed to be separated once assembled.
Appropriate blanking plugs are automatically supplied with each order.

- Pneumatic Ball units allow air-driven positioning of conveyed item & may be individually arranged for a flexible, modular conveying plane.
- PS25 positioning stops are pneumatically activated to stop & hold the position of the conveyed item.
- Units rated with a maximum air supply pressure of ≤3.4 bar support loads of up to 200 Kgs/rail, whilst those rated at ≤6 bar air supply support up to 2500 Kgs/rail.
